One woman was killed and another was hospitalized in critical condition after a Tuesday morning shooting, the Aurora Police Department said.
Police are investigating the shooting in a parking lot in the 11800 block of East Archer Place. Police first responded to the area around 5:20 a.m. Tuesday.
One woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and another was transported to the hospital.
Police said no arrests have been made yet and did not release any details about a possible suspect.
Officials will release the slain woman’s name once they identify her and notify her next of kin.
