Denver weather: Warm temperatures, calm skies expected Wednesday

The dry, warm weather is forecast to bring slight breezes, expected to reach between 5 and 8 mph

Wednesday is expected to reach a high of 81 degrees under mostly sunny skies in Denver, the National Weather Service said.

The dry, warm weather is forecast to bring slight breezes, expected to reach between 5 and 8 mph, the weather service said. Temperatures will drop to an overnight low of 57 degrees.

Thursday is expected to bring a jump in temperature up to a high of 90 degrees, with a slight chance off showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

The rest of the week is forecast to be calm, dry and hot, with Friday reaching a high of 90 degrees with sunny weather. The sunny skies are expected to continue as the temperatures heat up to a high of 94 degrees both Saturday and Sunday.
