Temperatures are starting to cool off toward seasonal norms as Denver heads further into fall.

The high Thursday will be 67 degrees, and aside from an unusually high Friday, the weekend and early next week will also start cooling to the 50s and 60s. The low Thursday is 42 degrees and will be around the same all weekend.

Friday’s high is 76 degrees, then it’s back down to a 67-degree high on Saturday. Sunday will be almost chilly with a 58-degree high, and Monday has a high of 65 degrees.

Denver weather is expected to be mild and pleasant through the weekend, and the mountains will experience similar mild weather.

High temperatures will range from the low 40s to the upper 50s, with lows dipping into the upper 20s. There is some chances for mountain snow Saturday night into Sunday morning.

The plains will have a windy and dry weekend, with gusts reaching up to 40 mph in some areas. Fire weather conditions will be near critical on some days.
