Police continue to investigate a suspected homicide that occurred on Saturday morning on East Colfax Avenue in Denver.
On Thursday, the Office of the Medical Examiner released the name of the victim in what police say was a shooting at 6:30 a.m. Dec. 24 in the 6700 block of East Colfax Avenue. Police said Benjamin Williams, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death was determined to be from a gunshot wound and the manner of his death was deemed a homicide.
No arrests have been made in Williams’ death.
