Keeler: Broncos should’ve given Nathaniel Hackett’s keys to Jerry Rosburg sooner

Whether it’s Sean Payton, Jim Harbaugh, Dan Quinn or somebody else, Rosburg left a floundering Broncos franchise for the next guy far better than he found it.
