Two people were killed in a murder-suicide shooting outside a Holiday Inn in Parker on Monday afternoon.
Parker police responded to reports of shots fired and two people on the ground between Saltgrass Steak House and the Holiday Inn at 12:47 p.m, according to the Parker Police Department. The Holiday Inn is located at 19308 Cottonwood Drive.
Officers found two men with gunshot wounds at the scene. One man was dead when police arrived, and a second man was transported to a local hospital, where he died, according to police.
The two people knew each other, according to police, and investigators are not looking for additional suspects.
