A woman died Saturday evening in a shooting in southwest Denver.
The shooting happened in the 2700 block of West Iliff Avenue, according to an 8:01 p.m. Denver Police Department . Police found one victim at the scene who was identified as 39-year-old Desiree Terrazas in a Wednesday release from the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
Police later said Terrazas had died at the scene from a gunshot wound.
Police have not arrested anyone and are investigating Terrazas’s death as a homicide.
