With rookie minicamp set to take place this weekend, the Broncos announced the signing of 13 college free agents on Friday.

Denver’s undrafted free-agent class consist of running back Blake Watson (Memphis), edge rusher Jaylon Allen (Memphis), tight end Thomas Yassmin (Utah), inside linebacker Alec Mock (Air Force), defensive tackle Jordan Miller (SMU), wide receiver Lincoln Victor (Washington State), safety Cam Allen (Purdue), inside linebacker Levelle Bailey (Fresno State), offensive lineman Frank Crum (Wyoming), defensive tackle Brandon Matterson (UTSA), punter Nik Constantinou (Texas A&M) and safety Omar Brown (Nebraska).

Undrafted free agent and cornerback Quinton Newsome is in Denver but hasn’t signed yet, a source told The Denver Post. The plan is for Newsome to sign within the next couple of days.

Yassmin, who had 301 receiving yards and six touchdowns for Utah in 2022, has been designated as an international player exemption. He will not count against the team’s 90-man roster.

In a corresponding move, the Broncos released wide receiver Phillip Dorsett and nose tackle Rashard Lawrence to stay within the 90-man roster limit.

Among the undrafted free agents competing for a roster spot, Watson, who signed a deal that included a guaranteed salary of $250,000 and a $25,000 signing bonus, is a player worth monitoring. In Watson’s lone season at Memphis, he rushed for 1,152 yards and 14 touchdowns while catching 53 passes for 480 yards.

Watson was viewed as a late-round pick ahead of last month’s NFL draft.

His fellow teammate, Allen, told The Post that he had offers from Carolina, Tampa Bay and Las Vegas before signing with Denver. Allen said the Raiders made a strong push to sign him but viewed Denver as a “perfect fit.”

While playing at Memphis, Allen worked with Vance Joseph’s younger brother, Sammy, who was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Tigers.

The Broncos also officially announced the signing of draft picks Kris Abrams-Draine, Audric Estime and Devauhgn Vele. Players who have not signed their contracts will participate in rookie minicamp under an injury protection waiver.
