Broomfield’s annual celebration of all things beer returns for its eighth festival from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at Arista Park, 8500 Arista Place.

Held annually since 2016 (aside from 2020’s COVID-19 pandemic), is a summertime staple in Broomfield that taps fresh, craft beers, serves up a slew of food trucks and for family fun, it brings in the lawn games, live tunes, area vendors, merchants and more.

Participants can kick off the event with a yoga class on the lawn at 10:30 a.m. (bring your own mat and water bottle).

Local crooner Cody Qualls will perform with his band the Brand New Ancients from noon to 2 p.m. Qualls, who also serenades audiences via a cappella with the local band Face, and his band plays a mix of upbeat covers and original music.

Funk and soul group, the Jacob Larson Band, will take the stage from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Larson belts out classics from greats like Stevie Wonder and Earth, Wind and Fire.

The event is family-friendly and free, but beer tickets cost $5 cash. Leashed dogs can also join the party. Learn more at.
