A missing 17-year-old with cognitive impairments reported missing from Woodland Park on July 24 has been found safe, officials said Thursday.
The teenager was last seen in the 1400 block of Kings Crown Road and may have switched license plates on his car, according to a Colorado Bureau of Investigations .
The 17-year-old was found safe on Thursday, just over two weeks after he was reported missing, CBI officials said.
