Two people were “critically wounded” in a shooting Friday night in Commerce City, according to police.

About 8 p.m. Friday, Commerce City officers responded to a 7-Eleven parking lot near 104th Avenue and U.S. 85, .

When officers arrived, they found a man and a woman — both believed to be adults — in the parking lot with what . Paramedics transported both to the hospital, and their current conditions are unknown.

Officials with the Commerce City Police Department could not elaborate on how the two were wounded Saturday but .

Police officers are searching for a person of interest spotted on surveillance footage in the area and a black Dodge truck without license plates, .

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident, person of interest or suspect vehicle to call 911.

As of Saturday morning, no arrests had been made.
