Two parents are dead and their two children injured in a rollover crash on U.S. 36 at Lefthand Canyon Drive Wednesday morning, according to a Colorado State Patrol news release.
A Jeep driving north on U.S. 36 went through the center grass median before rolling and stopping in the southbound lanes of the highway.
Two adults, including the driver, were killed on scene, CSP said. Two children, ages 11 and 16, were taken to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries. CSP confirmed the injured were the children of the two people killed in the crash, who have not yet been identified.
