Snow made driving hazardous on roads throughout Colorado on Saturday as law enforcement reported roadway closures in the mountains and across the Denver metro area.

Colorado 119 spanning Boulder Canyon between Boulder and Nederland closed amid the snow but has since reopened, Westbound Interstate 76 near Barr Lake and southbound Interstate 25 near Owl Canyon Road, north of Wellington, also closed Saturday afternoon but are open again.
U.S. 6 remains closed in both directions near Loveland Pass after an avalanche Friday stranded multiple drivers.
Numerous Colorado law enforcement agencies have also announced they are on accident alert,
Traffic on eastbound I-70 between Rifle and Glenwood Springs was impacted Saturday morning when and for about 45 minutes Saturday afternoon.
