The second of two men who escaped from an immigration detention center in Aurora during a power outage was arrested in Denver on Tuesday, federal officials said.

Geilond Vido-Romero was arrested on a bus near East Colfax Avenue and Cherry Street in Denver, the on social media.

Vido-Romero is “a suspected Tren de Aragua associate” who escaped from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcementap on March 18 after a power outage unlocked a set of doors.

Joel Jose Gonzalez-Gonzalez also escaped during the power outage and was arrested by Adams County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 21.

The escape sparked a dispute between ICE and Aurora police after the federal agency said local law enforcement declined to help search for the men. Aurora Police Chief Todd Chamberlain later pushed back on the claim but stood by the agency’s partnership with federal law enforcement.
