Eastbound Interstate 270 reopened near Denver on Wednesday after a crash, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

The eastbound lanes were closed between U.S. 6 and Quebec Street in Commerce City, CDOT officials said. The roadway reopened to traffic as of 10:38 a.m.

Information on the cause of the crash was not available Wednesday morning, but CDOT said drivers should expect delays in the area and take alternate routes where possible.
