4 injured in crash involving motorcycle in Denver’s Capitol Hill

Four people were injured in a Saturday evening crash on the north side of Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, police said.

The , which happened near East 17th Avenue and North Pearl Street at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, sent two motorcycle drivers and their two passengers to the hospital, police said.

The crash involved two cars and two motorcycles, police said Monday in an emailed statement to The Denver Post.

Police said the motorcycles were each carrying a driver and a passenger. All four people on the motorcycles suffered serious injuries.

Neither of the car drivers was injured, but one of them was cited for careless driving, police said.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
