Rapper Cardi B brought down the house in front of a sold-out crowd at Ball Arena in Denver on Monday night, but she needed an extra boost of oxygen between songs.

An posted Monday night shows Cardi B breathing from an oxygen tank during a costume change backstage. “Denver is (expletive) different, (expletive). Woo!” she said while other people appear to lace her up in a red beaded and feathered corset. A caption read, in part, “this air ain’t no joke.”

Cardi B is currently touring the U.S. in support of her latest album “Am I the Drama?”, which came out last September. The tour kicked off in February, just a couple months after her fourth child was born in early November.

Cardi B gets a couple days to catch her breath before the next show on Thursday in Minneapolis.

She is hardly the only musician to note the impacts of performing at 5,280 feet in elevation. In 2014, Lady Gaga got altitude sickness while in Denver for a concert. Bands often comment on being out of breath during their set or preparing for shows in Colorado with a healthy dose of O.
