Police are searching for a driver involved in a Saturday morning hit-and-run on Interstate 70 in northeast Denver that left one person dead, officials said.

Denver officers responded to the fatal crash on eastbound I-70 near Havana Street, on the edge of the city’s Montbello and Central Park , at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, . Four vehicles crashed on the eastbound portion of the highway, and one driver fled on foot, .
