A new In-N-Out Burger restaurant could soon be coming to Denver’s Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.

Plans submitted to the city this month show the proposed 3,890-square-foot restaurant near E. 56th Ave. and Telluride Street would feature a drive-thru, a covered outdoor patio on the building’s east side with seating for 32 guests, and 84 indoor seats.

The planned location would also include bicycle parking and an on-site parking lot.

“We hope to open a new restaurant at 17600 E. 56th Ave. in Denver. However, we are still in the development application process, so itap too early to say if or when we will obtain the approvals necessary to open a restaurant there,” said Matt Loevenguth, director of real estate at In-N-Out Burger, in an email statement to The Post on Tuesday.

“We remain hopeful about being able to serve the Denver community with this additional location.”

The California-based fast-food chain, known for its made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries and “secret menu,” has built a devoted following since it was founded in 1948.

The chain made its Colorado debut in late 2020 with two simultaneous grand openings in Colorado Springs at 1840 Democracy Point and another in Aurora at 14160 E. Alameda Ave.

Crowds at the Aurora opening were so large that the Aurora Police Department kept a close watch as traffic backed up for miles and customers endured waits of up to 14 hours.

In-N-Out now operates more than 10 locations across Colorado, including its newest restaurant in Timnath, about 55 miles north of Denver.

The fast-food chain has over 400 locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Tennessee. In-N-Out was and is still owned and operated by the Snyder family. None of the restaurants are franchised, according to the chain’s website.
