Unauthorized photographs of their 10-month-old daughter’s christening have circulated on the Internet, and Courteney Cox Arquette and husband David Arquette are threatening to sue. The pictures appeared to be sent by Jennifer Aniston, former “Friends’ castmate with Courteney Cox Arquette and godmother to Coco, the Arquettes’ daughter, E! Online reported. Aniston’s rep denied the e-mail originated with the star, blaming someone posing as Aniston. The Arquettes said in a statement: “Anyone publishing these photos will be in copyright infringement and liable to legal action.’
Whitney Houston has left her rehabilitation facility on the Caribbean island of Antigua less than a month after a court ordered her to undergo substance-abuse treatment. The singer has been transferred to a clinic near her Atlanta-area home, contact

Must be something in the Georgia air. Chris Tucker was arrested for speeding by the state’s highway patrol. The “Rush Hour’ comic actor was clocked at 109 mph in his 2005 Bentley on Interstate 20 and briefly held Sunday in McDuffie County Jail. A Georgia State Patrol spokesperson said Tucker, 33, was charged with reckless driving and fleeing to elude. According to police, Tucker said he was late going to church.
A Montana judge set a tentative trial date for the man accused of plotting to kidnap the toddler son of “Late Show’ host David Letterman. Kelly Frank is scheduled to go on trial July 18 on charges of soliciting to kidnap, theft and obstruction. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. Frank remains jailed in Choteau, Mont., on $650,000 bail.
