Travel tip: When visiting the countryside of England, it is essential to have a rental car. We highly recommend staying in the country and taking the train if you wish to visit London. We stayed at an old manor mansion, built in the 1600’s, located in Kent near Canterbury. We had a wonderful time and feel we had the best of both worlds by seeing the country and also the city of London.
