Luxury living isn’t just for condos anymore. The amenities and finishes in at least three new apartment projects are on par with condominiums around town. But they come at a price.

The Boulevard, recently opened at 150 W. Ninth Ave., offers delivery from restaurants such as North, 975 and 1515. It also has discount rates on limos and hotels. Rents run from $1,179 for a studio to $3,449 for two bedrooms. Houston’s Hanover Co. is the developer.

1600 Glenarm Place, opening in February, will have 24-hour concierge service, fitness center and a third-floor outdoor patio with a summer kitchen, according to developer Red Peak Properties of Denver. Average rent: $1,700.

The apartments at Premier Lofts, 2200 Market St., developed by Denver’s Corum Real Estate, has amenities including a gourmet demonstration kitchen; landscaped courtyard with water wall; game room with television wall; and rooftop hot tub overlooking Coors Field. Rents from $830 to $3,000.
