We know Joaquin Phoenix is one of Hollywood’s moodiest actors, but could he actually walk away from the film biz?
“Getting into a character is very difficult for me because I step away from everything that makes me comfortable,” Phoenix told the Daily Mirror in London. “I show up with nothing in a strange hotel room in a strange city. I don’t know anybody … I’d like a relationship – I’ve grown very tired of acting, the whole process, having to walk away from my life.”
Phoenix plays country legend Johnny Cash in his latest film, “Walk the Line.”

Lionel Richie says stress may have caused his daughter Nicole Richie’s shrinking waistline.
“I know what’s happening with her right now; she’s a nervous wreck,” Richie said in an interview with “Access Hollywood.” “She’s like her father, you can either blow up or you can shrink away. And right now, she’s just feeling a little bit of the pressures of her new business. So in this case … she will be all right. Dad is on the case.”

Bag those saggy jeans, Usher urges
Usher is known for his stylish attire, so it’s not surprising he’s speaking out against baggy jeans.
“Everything I try to wear is custom-made, at least as far as shirts,” Usher told Complex magazine. “If I wear name-brand, it’s usually jeans. … I don’t rock ridiculous oversized jeans. It’s about time for we, as young black men, to tailor it up, put a little shape in our jeans.”
