EPlan Services of Denver announced a partnership with Wachovia Corp. to provide Meineke Car Care Centers Inc. with retirement savings plans for Meineke’s 900 franchise owners and their employees. EPlan provides systems and outsourcing services for the financial services industry’s management of employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction of Aurora announced that it has been awarded the Yuma District Hospital contract. The new 12-bed, 65,000- square-foot facility will replace the current hospital in Yuma. The hospital is expected to be done in the spring of 2007.

Pilot Air Freight, a worldwide provider of transportation and logistics services, announced the third-quarter results for its Denver station. Revenues for the station were $1.1 million, an 87.4 percent increase over the same period in 2004. The station handled 1,855 shipments totaling 1.6 million pounds.

Whole Foods Market announced Wednesday that it opened a new supermarket at 444 S. Wadsworth Blvd., its fourth store in the Denver area and the seventh in Colorado.

All Aboard Toys LLC of Denver was recently named a Biz- Rate Circle of Excellence Gold Honoree. All Aboard Toys was named a Gold Honoree for above-average performance in each of BizRate’s seven customer satisfaction metrics during the year ended Aug. 31.

Wild Oats Markets Inc. of Boulder announced Wednesday that it has entered into a letter of intent with Greenwood Village-based Paradigm Logistics Group Inc. to manage the grocer’s logistics program. Paradigm will provide daily load planning and direct store deliveries. Paradigm will also handle some inbound deliveries.

Victory43 Inc., a Denver- based human resources consulting firm, has announced a partnership with Brainbench Inc., a Chantilly, Va.-based employment assessment provider, to become an authorized reseller for its online testing solutions.

Frontier Airlines announced Wednesday that it has been invited to make a presentation today at the Calyon Securities 2005 US Airline Conference in New York.

Time Warner Telecom Holdings Inc. of Douglas County borrowed $200 million Tuesday under an existing credit facility to fund future capital expenditures. The transaction was disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
