A 25-year-old man died in the Adams County Jail on Monday after he managed to ingest a suspected illegal substance contained in an object he had just passed through his system, said Sgt. Louis Dixon.
Cesar Jimenez told other inmates that before being arrested he swallowed an object containing the substance, which wasn’t identified.
