An index of Colorado stocks rose last week to a record high, led by Royal Gold Inc., IHS Inc. and Air Methods Corp.
The Bloomberg Colorado Index, a price-weighted list of companies based in the state, rose 6.56, or 1.9 percent, to 357.38.
Sixty-nine stocks rose and 45 declined.
The index had its sixth quarterly gain, advancing 78.46, or 28 percent, since Dec. 31, 2004.
