It should come as no surprise, but O at Home quarterly magazine’s summer issue cover headline screeches “Exclusive: Inside Oprah’s New Home in Hawaii.” The Oprah Winfrey- owned magazine features an inside glimpse at the talk-show billionaire’s much-discussed palace, according to the New York Daily News’ Lloyd Grove.

Forget Namibia. Brad Pitt has set his exotic sights elsewhere.

He has apparently fallen in love with the Dominican Republic.

He has been touring the Caribbean island with an estate agent to find a spot to build the perfect holiday home, The Sun reports.

A source told the newspaper: “Brad wants the summer home to be like his old house in LA.

“He first went to the island with Angelina and Robert De Niro during filming of “The Good Shepherd.”

“He fell in love with it and decided he wanted to have a house there to take breaks.”

The source reckons Brad and Angie want to use the place as a bolthole for their growing family.

Apparently 7,000 square feet isn’t enough space for jewelry designer David Yurman, who has added another apartment to his collection in a Greenwich Street building.

City records show that Yurman and his wife, Sybil, have paid $3.1 million for a second-floor apartment. The unit offers two bedrooms, three baths and a total of just more than 2,000 square feet of living space in a six-story building between Spring and Canal streets.

That’s in addition to the spacious triplex loft that they bought in 2004 for $6.27 million. That unit has four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, with wood-burning fireplaces, views of the Hudson River (unlike the new unit, which has no views) and a 4,000-square-foot roof terrace. Maybe they purchased the smaller unit for their son Evan or perhaps their Maltese dog, Sushi. And just so Sushi doesn’t feel cooped up, the Yurmans also have a weekend retreat in Bedford, N.Y., which was the former home of former Vogue editor Grace Mirabella.
