The Praedium Group LLC, a New York-based national real estate investment firm, and San Francisco-based Hamilton Zanze & Co bought the 600-unit complex from Unioed Dominion Realty Trust Inc. The property is 85 percent leased.

The acquisition is Praedium’s fifth joint venture, including four in Colorado, with Hamilton Zanze. In previous deals, the partners bought Ironwood at the Ranch, a 226-unit property in Westminster; the Trails, a 351-unit property in Aurora; Sunset Ridge, a 240-unit complex in Colorado Springs; and The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain, a 276-unit property in the Broadmoor district of Colorado Springs.
