Naomi Campbell has dropped the price of her Park Avenue duplex penthouse by $300,000. The 3,100- square-foot condo, originally listed for $5.25 million in June, features a double-height living room with a “floating” master bedroom above, four baths and a library, the New York Post reports. This is the same condo where Campbell allegedly assaulted two of her maids on separate occasions.
Matthew Fox had given up hope of ever recovering several personal mementoes he left at a rented apartment in New York in the 1990s. But the “Lost” star recently got the treasures – including a personal diary, Fox’s wedding album and private photo albums – returned when a maintenance man found them while cleaning the basement. The building’s owner alerted the star and Fox sent a personal note and a case of wine as a thank-you, according to the New York Post.
Candy Spelling reportedly bought a 5,000-square-foot house in a gated community in Century City, Calif., according to the New York Post’s Cindy Adams. The home, in an enclave called The Woods, reportedly was once owned by Harrison Ford’s manager Pat McQueeny.
Shaquille O’Neal has formed The O’Neal Group, a real-estate and development company, according to a company news release. The New York Post reported O’Neal has built a portfolio of residential and commercial property valued at more than $50 million. The O’Neal Group’s first major project will involve Metropolitan Miami, a billion-dollar mixed-use development in downtown Miami. The ambitious project will include 1,100 residential units and features the 866-foot-tall Met 3, the tallest residential tower south of New York.
