Legendary Properties Sotheby’s International Realty announced Thursday it is representing the sale of the Stone Towers, one of Cherry Hills Village’s largest estates.
The Stone Towers is offered at $17.995 million and comprises a 19,000-square-foot main residence, a 2,200-square-foot cabana house/guest cottage, a lavish outdoor spa/pool area, a four-car garage and a six-car automobile showroom on 2.2 acres.
The gated estate sits on one of the highest-elevation lots in Cherry Hills Village, offering views of the city and the mountains.
“This is a landmark property for our company and for the Denver market, as it truly puts Denver on the global map in terms of luxury real estate,” said Scott Franklund, owner and president of Legendary Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.
The Stone Towers is owned by Israel Salazar, a Colorado entrepreneur who founded TSN Inc., a distribution company specializing in convenience-store and grocery-store supplies. In 2002, he was ranked among the nation’s 75 wealthiest Hispanics by Hispanic Business Magazine.
