DENVER – GE Asset Management has acquired the Janus Capital Group World Headquarters Building in Cherry Creek for an undisclosed price.
The 160,364-square-foot building at 151 Detroit St. is part of the award-winning Clayton Lane project developed in 2004 by Randy Nichols.
GE purchased the building from CommerzLeasing und Immobilien AG, which paid $56.4 million for it two years ago.
