Tzatziki: zah-DZEE-kee, Greek.
A yogurt-based sauce with cucumber, garlic, olive oil and dill or mint. To make in a food processor or blender, combine 8 ounces plain yogurt, 1 peeled, seeded and diced cucumber, 1 tablespoon olive oil, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or mint, and 2-3 cloves garlic, minced. Best if refrigerated 1 hour before serving. Serve as a dip or condiment. | Kristen Browning-Blas
