Sandwich chain Quiznos on Friday appointed Andrew G. Skehan as president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Skehan will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for those regions. He will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
Skehan will report to Greg Brenneman, the company’s CEO, president and partner, Quiznos said in a written release.
Skehan previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Churchill Downs Inc. and vice president and regional director for marketing and new markets for Nabisco EMEA in Barcelona, Spain.
Denver-based Quiznos is privately held. The company said it has more than 5,000 franchise restaurants.
