CASTLE ROCK, Colo.-

A teen arrested after an explosion outside his high school was charged Tuesday as an adult with five counts, including possession of an incendiary device.

Caleb Alexander Pegues, 17, also was charged with possessing a weapon on school grounds and interference with a school.

The explosion outside Ponderosa High School near Parker went off on April 20, the eighth anniversary of the fatal shootings at Columbine High School. No injuries or damage were reported, but officials evacuated the school and called off classes for the day.
