
For 15 hours and four minutes, Utah endurance cyclist Kenny Jones pedaled virtually nonstop, logging almost 150 miles through the desert and mountains flanking the La Sal Mountains.
“These made it possible,” the 43-year-old said, holding up his last $2 package of Clif Shot Bloks.
Jones ate 19 packages of the organic goo blocks during his ride, flooding his system with the electrolytes and calories he was burning with each crank of the pedal.
