Ahh, if the entries to The Denver Post’s $25 Haiku contest are any indication, we love summer in Colorado – the red rocks, the puffy clouds, the columbine and the wild, wild weather. Here in the office, we loved this haiku, submitted by Janie Homan, best of all:
Dry fly floated by
Rainbow broke swirling water
Swallowed in the light
