Riley Wyman graduated in May from Cherry Creek High School. She was in the Speech and Debate Society and was the team captain for 2005-06. She lettered in debate for four years.

Riley also received one letter for academics at Cherry Creek High, graduating third in her class of 876.

Riley was a committee member for The Band Together Event, a 2004 concert that helped support a family by raising funds for a mother with Lou Gehrig’s disease. About $116,000 was raised, with some of the proceeds going to other patients with the disease.

Cherry Creek Schools Foundation named Riley a Leadership for Tomorrow Student Honoree.

Riley was in the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society. She was a member of the Gifted and Talented Board and was chair of the Gifted and Talented mentoring program.

Riley is a 2007 Boettcher Scholar. She will study liberal arts at Colorado College in Colorado Springs.
