The Colorado Department of Transportation reports that at least four of the five lanes on southbound Interstate 25 at Interstate 76 are now open but the area is severely congested from an accident this morning involving five vehicles including a waste disposal truck.
Two lanes were shut down completely as a result of the accident, but have since reopened.
