They came up with the Strollometer, a device to attach to their child’s stroller to measure the speed and distance of their outings. It attaches to all types of strollers and has eight functions. A strong core makes you a better golfer, says Sarah Christensen, who hosts two-hour Pilates for Golf clinics around the country. She’s worked with Butch Harmon, Tiger Woods’ former coach, as well as many professional and amateur golfers. She says many of her clients have back problems, are getting older or just want to avoid injuries.
