
Colton Wagner is a senior at Horizon High School in Thornton.
Colton lettered in academics for two years. He is editor in chief of the Horizon Profile student newspaper this year and this summer was an intern for the North Metro Newspaper Agency.
Colton is an Eagle Scout and a member of the Honor Color Guard for Scout Troop 564. He volunteers for a local Cub Scout pack and participates in community projects with the Boy Scouts.
Colton also volunteers as an intern at the Spine Education and Research Institute. He worked with the Breast Cancer Walk in Northglenn and helped set up for the 9Health Fair.
He also was a volunteer in SHARE Colorado and the Adopt-a- Street program in Thornton.
Colton has been accepted in the medical preparation program at Bollman Technical Education Center, an Adams 12 Five Star Schools program that places students in jobs for their prospective career field. He plans to be a forensic pathologist.
