A woman seriously injured after crashing her car into the back of a Regional Transportation District bus has died.
Henrietta Quinn, 87, died Friday, Aurora police said today.
On Thursday, Quinn was driving a 1986 Plymouth on East Exposition Avenue near South Walsh Street when she rear-ended an RTD bus, which was stopped at a bus stop. Police said Quinn was wearing her seat belt and was alone in the car. No one in the bus was injured.
Quinn was rushed to the hospital, where she underwent surgery. She died shortly after 3 p.m. Friday.
