Our city’s loose affiliation of art-damaged bands will host a triple-CD release from New Ancient Astronauts, the Skivies and Amphibious Jones on Saturday at Cricket on the Hill, 1209 E. 13th Ave. 9 p.m. $5.

This John Common-led band reunites to open for ex-Jayhawks frontman Mark Olson. Attendees also get a free copy of Rainville’s “The Longest Street in America.” Sunday at the Walnut Room, 3131 Walnut St. 8 p.m. $11.
