BOULDER, Colo.—A 16-year-old Lafayette girl has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the February stabbing death of her mother.
Tess Damm is accused of helping plan the killing of 52-year-old Linda Damm. Linda Damm’s body was found in the back of her car in February. Police say she had been dead for several weeks.
Tess Damm’s boyfriend, 18-year-old Bryan Grove, is also charged with murder but hasn’t entered a plea.
Both are being prosecuted as adults.
Tess Damm’s trial is scheduled for February 18th.
