DELTA, Colo.—A warehouse built in 1936 in Delta by the U.S. Forest Service is up for auction.
Forest Supervisor Charlie Richmond said bids for the historic building will start at $70,000. It is made of brick and solid timber beams.
Corey Wong, Forest Service spokesman, said the agency has collected information on the 3,000-square foot building and decided it didn’t qualify for historic preservation.
