PUEBLO, Colo.—Pueblo police say they have arrested two teenagers in the fatal shooting of a taxicab driver.

Nineteen-year-old Maximo Daniel Ramos and a 16-year-old — whose name wasn’t released — were arrested Friday.

Police say they are being held for investigation of first-degree murder in the October 30th death of David Chance.

A third suspect is still being sought on suspicion of accessory to murder.

The 51-year-old Chance was found dead in his cab.
