Colorado’s Family Resource Center Association received $4.5 million in funding from the Colorado Health Foundation on Tuesday to help the state’s underinsured and uninsured families find “medical homes” for regular health care.
The Family Resource Center Association includes 24 centers scattered around Colorado, and the organization will use the money to hire health advocates to help needy families find consistent, high-quality health care.
