BRECKENRIDGE, Colo.—Flamboyant Olympic snowboarder Shaun White has been issued a summons for allegedly setting off a fire extinguisher in a ski resort game room.
Breckenridge police cited White on a charge of second-degree criminal tampering late Friday. A police report said his breath smelled of alcohol when investigators spoke with him. The report also says a security camera recorded the incident.
White, 21, dubbed “The Flying Tomato” for his red hair, won the gold medal in the snowboard halfpipe in the 2006 Olympics.
