Christmas snow will be followed by partly sunny skies and only a little melting today, with temperatures in the upper 20s.
Thursday brings a more than 60 percent chance of another round of snow to the mountains, city and plains, with expected accumulations of 3 inches or more in the metro region, according to the National Weather Service office in Boulder.
Temperatures on Friday will be in the upper 20s before a weekend warm-up into the 40s, according to forecasters.
