FORT CARSON — A Fort Carson soldier has died from injuries he suffered in Baghdad on July 9, 2007.
Sgt. Mikeal W. Miller, 22, of Albany, Ore., died Jan. 27 at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. While in Iraq, a vehicle he was in struck an improvised explosive device.
He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Calvary Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division at Fort Carson.
