LAKEWOOD, Colo.—DNA evidence has led to the arrests of two men, one suspected in a homicide 32 years ago and another suspected of nine sexual assaults in 2004 and 2005, authorities said Friday.

Arrested in connection to the 1976 slaying of 16-year-old Holly Marie Andrews was Ricky Harnish, 52. Andrews’ body was found Dec. 27 in a gravel road about five miles west of Georgetown. She had been raped and stabbed in her back.

Harnish, who was arrested in Aurora Friday morning, is being held without bond at the Clear Creek County jail, said Sheriff Don Kruger.

In the sexual assault cases, police arrested Michael Keith Lollis, 43. Three of the rapes happened in Denver, one in Arapahoe County, and five in Aurora. Lollis is being held at the Denver city jail. His bond is $1 million.

Colorado Bureau of Investigation spokesman said the woman raped were between 16 to 26 years old and that the assaults occurred after dark. He said the suspect also stole property from the victims.
